Our team is happy to advise you on furnishing, decoration and concept development so that your event is taken care of down to the last detail.

But it doesn’t stop there. We supply materials from our own warehouse, create the most beautiful floral arrangements in our bindery, arrange for everything to be delivered to the location, and, if desired, also take care of all setup and takedown.

Our working method

At BloemBloem, we like clarity. That’s why we show you how we work in 4 phases. Our phases are simple, clear and practical, so you always know what is happening and when.

Creative sparks

We start with a debrief to discuss your vision and then work out the concept with a mood board, style map and (3D) visualisations, including a clear quote.

Shine a light

We are looking forward to your feedback! Share your input, and we’ll adjust the concept and work together toward a final agreement.

The making of

As soon as we get the green light, we put everything into action. Items are prepared, our florists get to work, and any print materials are ordered. Then we create a tight schedule with our transportation and set-up team.

As soon as our set-up team closes the door behind them, the event can really begin. And no worries: afterwards, we make sure everything is tidied up and evaluate the cooperation.

How long will the whole process take?

The duration depends on your schedule. We are flexible: some projects we plan up to 12 months in advance, others we realise in a short time. Therefore, contact us as early as possible so that we can find the best solution together.

During the debrief, we discuss everything needed to make your event a reality. We consider your requirements, the theme, the location, the number of guests and any custom-printed materials. This will provide us a complete picture of how to design your event perfectly.

You can easily do this by email, so we always keep feedback organized.

You can provide feedback until you are completely satisfied with the final product. We do ask that you bundle your comments as much as possible and submit them all at once. This allows us to work faster and more efficiently to create the perfect concept for your event.

We take care of that! We have our own fleet of containers and trucks and a strong team that puts everything in the right place. Even when you rent flowers or plants from us, our on-site florists make sure everything is in perfect place. Our complete style and support team conceives, places, puzzles, fixes and perfects, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
