Do you also provide networking spaces?
Yes, we set up complete network rooms to match the desired atmosphere of your event. Do you want a homely setting where visitors can relax and talk, or just a practical space where participants can charge their laptops and work quietly: we actively think along with you. We create delineated zones for focus, or an open and accessible setup for free networking.
Are you also arranging the kitchen?
For food and drinks, we cooperate with professional caterers, as they specialize in this. However, we do provide all necessary materials, bar elements and furniture in cooperation with our colleagues from Héman Horecaverhuur. This way catering and furniture form one flowing total experience at your event.
What should I expect when working with you?
When you work with us, you choose an experienced and reliable partner that has already successfully set up many corporate events. We think with you from the very first moment, work efficiently and continuously learn from previous projects. Want to know more about how we work?
Do you also provide transportation, delivery and installation of the furniture on location?
Yes, we handle the entire process, transportation, delivery and styling on site. Our support and styling team places the furniture according to the plan discussed beforehand. Should things turn out differently in practice, we will think along with you on the spot to find a solution, so that the space is shown to its best advantage and your event looks professional.
Can you style furniture based on my brand identity?
Absolutely. We can incorporate branding with such items as dress cloths, forex panels and elements on or around our buffets. In addition, we can match floral arrangements, color accents and materials to your corporate identity. This creates a total concept in which the brand identity is clearly and consistently conveyed.
