At BloemBloem, we handle the setup and breakdown of your event from A to Z. Our support and styling team makes sure everything goes according to plan, so you can fully focus on the success of your event.
Due to sustainability considerations, our disassembly service is mandatory for part of our collection. This way, we guarantee that everything is built up properly and dismantled neatly, without damage or stress.

Is the set-up and take-down service mandatory?
No, our setup and takedown service is not mandatory, except for some of our collections. It is mandatory. For large events, we do recommend using our support service, so you don’t have to worry about that.
What makes your sustainable collections different from other collections?
Our sustainable collections are specially designed and often a bit more complex in construction. This requires specific technical knowledge to keep everything safe and tidy. In addition, we often work with delicate materials that require proper protection. It’s not that we don’t trust you, but we prefer to take the responsibility ourselves to keep everything in top condition. That way, your event will always look perfect, from start to finish.

Do you work only in specific locations or throughout the Netherlands (or internationally)?
We deliver throughout the Netherlands, regardless of location. Deliveries and assembly or disassembly outside the country are also possible by arrangement.
How many hours do you need to build an event?
We always charge a minimum of 4 hours for set-up and a minimum of 4 hours for take-down. Afterwards, we will take stock and bill the hours on an after-the-fact basis.
